Promoting Diversity


OGF has an ongoing commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in philanthropy in our state. The creation of a “CEO Leadership Circle” is a recent indication of one of the ways OGF’s board is approaching the issue.  Executives of more than 30 OGF member organizations have volunteered to be a part of the Circle. The purpose is to provide a forum for leaders to discuss ways that a local foundation might become more effective by fostering greater diversity and inclusion in its operations.
