Thank you for your interest in attending one of the two educational workshops on strategic restructuring. Because these workshops are designed for key decision makers, it is important and required that an organization’s executive director (or equivalent position) and board chair (or equivalent position) attend together. There can be no substitutions.

Please indicate your  preference for the morning or evening session. Also indicate if you are able to attend either. We will do everything possible to accommodate your preference, but we cannot guarantee your first choice. Please give us the email addresses that your registrants check on a daily basis. They will have an important pre-workshop survey, and program materials, sent to the email addresses that you provide below.
